移民澳洲第一步: 申請澳洲RN牌

澳洲申請牌個機構叫 AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)

預備以下文件 (全部要 Certified True Copy):


1. Passport – (Pages which contain personal particulars and all Australian Visas)


2. Birth Certificate


3. Master Degree Certificate (if any)
4. Master Degree Transcript (if any)
5. Master Degree Course Synopsis(if any)
**我打電話去NURSING個邊叫佢地寫, 然後佢地直接寄去AHPRA


6. Bachelor Degree Certificate
7. Bachelor Degree Transcript
8. Bachelor Degree Course Synopsis
**我打電話去NURSING個邊叫佢地寫, 然後佢地直接寄去AHPRA


9. Senior High School Certificate (Advanced Diploma, Diploma or “A” Level equivalent)
10. Senior High School Transcript
11. Senior High School Course Synopsis (for Advanced Diploma & Diploma only)
**我俾左AL Cert同預科畢業證書


12. Professional Reference from Current &/or Previous Employers
      - Level/grad of position
      - Full time or part time employment
      - Duties and scope of the role
      - Practice setting
      - Worked in a supervised or unsupervised capacity
      - Experience in the role that you hold e.g. clinical, education,  
         research, management
**要叫個Senior過你既人寫, 我搵左WM


13. Employment Letters
**叫HR寫 (要有你個名, ID, Full-time/ Part-time, Department, 44hours/week, 在職Period, 最後basic salary, 最後allowance)


14. Tax Record (Not more than 2 years old)


15. 1 Bill Statement (Any bill statements that state your name and your address)


16. IELTS Result (Academic with score of 7 in all 4 bands) / OET Scores of B in each sections


17. Organization Leaving Certificate (if any)


18. Professional Qualification Certificates
**我將國際認可(例如AHA) 既CERT俾哂佢: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ITLS, 其實叫做勁少少既CERT都有俾: IV Access, Blood Taking, Suturing, Airway Management, Triage, Disaster Management

另外仲要做多三件事
1. 我要我讀Degree個Nursing Department幫我寫兩樣野, 直接寄去AHPRA
(a) 上面 第8項: Bachelor Degree Course Synopsis (即syllabus)


(b) Accreditation of program (即你呢個課程受到認證, 而澳洲又認可)
** 有TEMPLATE, 叫佢地Fill in the blank就得

2. 去Nursing Council申請3樣野, 直接寄去AHPRA
(a) Verification of Registration (去Nursing Council個網 Download Application for Verification of Registration 呢份野填)


(b) Certificate of Good Standing (冇Form填, 自己用張白紙寫你申請Verification of Registration 既同時申請埋呢樣)


(c) Accreditation of program (即倒返轉要Nursing Council話你讀呢間俾你拎到RN牌既學校既課程受到認證, 而澳洲又認可) (又係冇Form填, 自己用張白紙寫你想要) (又係有TEMPLATE, 叫佢地Fill in the blank就得)

3. 去Fit2work網站做ICHC (International Criminal History Check)




終於做齊上面啲文件
去AHPRA網頁http://www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/Registration-and-Endorsement/International/Applying-for-registration.aspx Download AGOS-40, 填好就所有野寄過去


我3月尾寄文件
8月中收到Email: Notice of in principle approval of registration
要11月中前去澳洲是但一間AHPRA露面簽文件
去露面一啲都唔簡單, 去之前PLAN個行程先
去到澳洲要預備以下既野
1. Boarding Pass (證明你合法入境)
2. 澳洲住址證明 (借左親戚地址, 早上係澳洲銀行開戶, 我揀左Commonwealth bank, 叫銀行職員印個住址證明)
3. 2 份 Commonwealth Statutory Declarations (for the extension of your expired Certificate of Good Standing (COGS) and International Criminal History Check (ICHC) respectively*)
**要俾JP簽名, 所以去到澳洲搵JP簽, 澳洲好多地方都有JP, 警署, 圖書館, 郵局都有
4. Original Passport
5. Original Registration Certificate,  Practicing Certificate
搞掂就上AHPRA




我就早上整文件
下午上AHPRA
晚上就正式拎到澳洲RN牌
正本RN牌會一個月內寄去你澳洲地址
